PCB Design

PCB layout is where products either become reliable or start failing in the field. We design and rework boards with clean power distribution, controlled return paths, and practical stackups (maximum 32 layers) so routing stays predictable. The goal is simple: stable performance, fewer EMC surprises, and a layout that’s ready for manufacturing and test.

Redesign and Optimization 

Many projects reach us when the hardware is “almost finished,” but the PCB still fails in the real world resets, unstable behavior, hot spots, or EMI/EMC test issues. We review the layout, grounding, return paths, and power distribution, then rework the critical areas with proven EMC and signal-integrity practices. The result is a board that passes compliance and performs reliably without restarting the design from scratch.

Prototyping

Prototyping turns a schematic into working hardware fast, but done properly. We prepare manufacturing files, validate the BOM, coordinate PCBA, and support bring-up and debugging. You get clear test results, practical fixes, and an iteration plan so the next spin is smaller, cheaper, and closer to production.

pre-compliance testing

EMI/EMC problems are cheapest to fix before certification. We run practical pre-compliance checks in our in-house lab on your prototypes or existing boards spotting emissions, coupling paths, and immunity weak points (conducted and radiated). You get clear findings and concrete layout/filtering/shielding fixes aligned with your target EU/FCC requirements, so the product reaches formal testing with fewer surprises and fewer respins.

Firmware Design

We develop real-time embedded firmware for STM32, NXP, Microchip, Renesas, and TI.
Interfaces: CAN/CAN-FD, LIN, UART, I²C, SPI, QuadSPI/OctoSPI, USB, Ethernet, RS-485.
Wireless and IoT: BLE, Wi-Fi, and SimCom cellular modules (LTE Cat-M / NB-IoT) with MQTT/HTTP.
